Villa in La Pera urb. Marbella

This project under construction is located in one of the most popular areas in Marbella, between the Flee Market of Puerto Banús and The famous Casino of Marbella. The total built surface of the house is 1.200 sqm. and the plot, turned into a vertical garden has 2.000 sqm. We have tried to take advantage of the existing structure to integrate it into a Project where the landscape was as important as the house with its dramatic differences in levels. The facade of the house is designed to create movement between lights and shadows preventing the view of the inside of the house from the street.
