Administration Office of the La Colonia Shopping Center, Marbella

This Project is about the construction of the Administration Office of the La Colonia shopping center in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella. The location is on the ground floor in a space of 30 sqm. The most important challenge about this project was how to adequate an office in such a small space inside a shopping center with an extension of 5.000 sqm and with more than 30 offices offered for rent.   We covered the walls completely with cabinets and a designed an extendible desk in order to use the space as a meeting room. Magically, we found a space for a store area and small toilet for private use.
