SQUARE IN CAPILEIRA, GRANADA

Reform of the main square of Capileria, located in the Alpujarras, Grenade, inside the National Park of Sierra Blanca, a town declared Artistic and Historic Site by the Andalucían Government. The work is part of a global makeover project of infrastructures which culminated in the reform of its most representative element, the square. The reconditioning pedestrianized this space for the use and enjoyment of its neighbors using traditional materials in order to achieve a better environmental integration. The kind of work where the phrase «less is more» of Mies Van der Rohe is manifested in all its wisdom.
