Refurbishment of a Rustic Style Villa with classic details on a plot of 1,000 sqm. in the Urbanization El Rosario in Marbella. On this occasion, the house has been designed without changing the existing volume demolishing the inside to accommodate the new family needs. As in other cases, the clients started by only requesting the refurbishment of the kitchen and few ended working on a surface of 400 sqm which we finished in a record time.
