DETACHED HOUSING REFORM IN ESTEPONA

Refurbishment of a classical semi-detached house in the urbanization “Jardines de la Bahia, next to the Marina of Estepona. A three level house, with two facades. We have refurbished two of the levels of the house. We tore down all separations on the ground floor to develop a day area in a single space while as on the upper floor we added one bedroom according to the needs of the client. This was the easiest step because at the same time during the building process we designed six different environments depending upon the position in reference to the fireplace. Finally, we sorted the interior design an unexpected but efficient way.
