Typical classical Villa in Marbella on a plot of 1.000 sqm in “Parcelas del Golf”in Nueva Andalucía. It is a custom design house according to the sophisticated taste of the owners. The house is dotted with decorative details incorporated in the construction phase.   It has a total built surface of approximately 400 sqm. The challenge of this house was to transform a beautiful summer house into a comfortable villa to live in all year round. The critical issue of this design was the construction of the mezzanine floor due to the risk to hinder the entrance to the house. What a challenge!
